"We first met Bill Gorsuch about 8 years ago when we were updating our kitchen countertops with granite. We selected our piece of stone out of a wide variety of pieces that Solid Image, Inc. had on site. We felt that this was a great advantage since we could see the true coloring and veining first hand. We were so satisfied with the quality and the price that we contacted Bill again when we wanted custom built-ins for our bedroom. "On this past Friday, January 8, 2015, your most efficient employee, Matt, arrived to extend his expertise regarding our quartz countertop. We had purchased it elsewhere between 8-10 years ago. The seam where the two quartz pieces met appeared to have spaced about the distance of a razor blade. This was just enough for crumbs to collect there and we did not want ants, or other uninvited guests. He arrived at the prearranged time, diligently evaluated the situation, placed a drop cloth on the floor directly beneath this area, and began to clean out the seam to complete the task. When his work was completed, it was filled and looked great! Everything was done most efficiently, and in a timely manner. It certainly is wonderful to know pleasant and skilled employees are available in our area to help when assistance is needed. I would, and have, recommended Solid Image to my friends."
